Im sure that our brains don't fully "mature" (for want of a better word) until we are 25 years old.... I'm not saying you have to wait till you're 25 before transitioning but maybe that should be a factor when and teenage child wants to transition ? We can't drink or vote until we're 18.......so I'm not sure that anyone under 18 should be deciding if they need surgery etc ? That might be a terrible idea but there has to be a way to help kids and adults that are so unsure of their gender/sexuality ?

I got bad PCOS and respiratory issues from underlying health conditions and I struggle to loose weight, but even with that, I work hard to NOT end up like that. I'm 24, I weigh 280 at 5'3, but I work so hard just to maintain my weight. I couldn't imagine being heavy to the point of actually dying.
